Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best possible experience for all of our clients, we’ve established the following rescheduling and cancellation guidelines. Please read through carefully:
Booking & Cancellations:
• All bookings must be made through our official booking site.
• You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
Late Arrival:
• If you are up to 10 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your service total.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Deposits & Rescheduling:
• If you have made a deposit and need to reschedule with more than one week’s notice, you can use your deposit to reschedule within the same calendar year.
• If your rescheduled appointment does not take place within the same initial year, your deposit will no longer be valid, and a new deposit will be required.
